4. Eligibility:

To enter this prize draw you must:

5. How to Enter:

This prize draw opens at 9am on 08.09.2026 and closes at 5pm on 15.10.2026 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries will only be received during the Promotional Period. Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be considered.

6. Prize Allocation:

- One (1) winner will receive £800 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card

- Nine (9) winners will receive a voucher for the Signature Omakase Experience with Wine Pairing for Two at The Edwardian Manchester (worth £400)

- Twelve (12) winners will receive 2 free NION packs (1 mg)

- All costs that are incidental to the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

- Maximum one entry per person and per email address during the Promotional Period. Multiple, bulk, automated, third-party or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
‍

- Each participant may only win one (1) prize under this promotion. If a participant is selected more than once, they will receive only the first prize won, and a new winner will be drawn in their place for any subsequent win.
‍

- The Grand Prize will be drawn first, followed by the nine Hero Prizes and then the twelve Third-tier Prizes. CD Cipher Ltd accepts no liability for any cancellation, postponement, suspension of materials changes to experiences made by the experience organiser.

- In the event any of the prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to substitute them with an alternative prize.

- Where a prize is provided by a third party, the winner must comply with any terms and conditions applicable to the use, booking or redemption of that prize.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:

- Entrants who comply with clauses 4 and 5 above shall be entered into the prize draw.

- Winners will be selected at random by a computer-based randomiser on 16.10.2026.
‍

- Winners will be contacted by phone within 5 working days of being selected. It is the responsibility of the winner to check their phone. When contacted, all winners will be asked to confirm their email address. The Amazon Gift Card and Hero Prize vouchers will be sent to the confirmed email address. Third-tier Prize winners will also be asked to provide the delivery address to which their NION™ packs should be sent. If a winner cannot be reached, or does not accept the prize or does not provide the requested information, within 2 working days of the first attempt to contact them, the prize will be forfeited and one replacement winner will be selected in their place, and no alternative prize will be issued to the original winner. Such a decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into about it. If the replacement winner also cannot be reached, does not accept the prize or does not provide the requested information within 2 working days of the first attempt to contact them, no further winner will be selected and the prize will remain unawarded.

- If any third-tier prize cannot lawfully be awarded, fulfilled, or delivered to a winner by 28 October 2026, that prize will automatically be substituted with an alternative, non-nicotine prize of equal or greater value, at the Promoter's discretion. No cash alternative will be offered in place of the substitute prize unless stated otherwise.

- The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

- We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
