2. Eligibility:

The promotion is open to those aged 18 or over. Challenge 25 applies. If you appear under 25, you will be required to provide valid proof of age. No valid ID where requested means no redemption.

3. How to Participate:

To receive one free pack of NION™, present one qualifying empty nicotine pouch tin at the NION™ Sampling Cube at Spinningfields, Manchester, during the promotional period. No proof of purchase is required.

4. Qualifying Tin:

A qualifying tin is an empty retail container from a commercially available nicotine pouch product.

5. Redemption Limit:

One qualifying tin may be exchanged for one free pack of NION™, limited to one redemption per person per day. The Promoter may refuse a redemption where it reasonably believes an individual has already redeemed that day or is otherwise attempting to circumvent this limit.

6. Promotional Period and Location:

The promotion is available from 14 September to 11 October 2026 inclusive, during the Sampling Cube's operating hours, at the following NION™ Sampling Cube locations:

1. 14-27 September 2026: Spinningfields Square, Deansgate, Manchester M3 3AE, UK

2. 28 September-11 October 2026: Crown Square, Manchester M3 3EB, UK

Redemption is only available at the NION™ Sampling Cube during the dates and at the location specified above for that period. Redemption is not available through retailers, online, or at other NION™ sampling locations or dates.

7. Availability:

Free NION™ packs are available while stocks last. No cash alternative is available, and the offer cannot be exchanged for another product, pack size or monetary value.

8. Nicotine Warning:

NION™ is intended for existing adult nicotine users. NION™ contains nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance.

9. Data:

The Promoter may record non-identifying information about the trade-in, including the brand of nicotine pouch presented and how the participants heard about the promotion, for the purpose of measuring and evaluating the activation. Any collection of personal information, including contact details for marketing purposes, will be subject to separate privacy information and, where required, consent.

10. Changes to the Promotion:

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
